Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit your request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories for a successful verification process.

  Pickup and Shipping

  Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address or provide instructions for self-shipping the item back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or DeoDap wallet within 5-7 business days.
